In the past, for a meeting to be held, the participants had to be in the same room. This meant that if you were in the meeting and needed to leave, you would have to get the participants to send you the meeting's chat history or screen share, which is a cumbersome process.
However, with the introduction of the Smart Display, it is now possible to hold meetings in different locations without the need for the participants to be in the same room.
The Smart Display allows you to display a video feed or share your screen and audio from your device to a projector or to a television, as well as to view a shared screen from another device.
You can also create and manage your meetings and invite participants from different locations.
